About Event

Take a break from PNW Climate Week and join us for an ocean plunge to rekindle our kinship with the ocean and the mountains, in community and reverence to Mother Earth. 🌊 🏔

There is no better way to start the day grounded in the true spirit of the Pacific Northwest.

Notes: Due to e-coli safety warning, the event will proceed with breathwork and qi-gong on the beach. We will be closely monitoring the situation - ocean plunge will be optional.

7:30 am - Greetings and intro

7:40 am - 3 rounds of guided Wim Hoff style breathing led by our breathwork facilitator Alejandro and Tommy

7:50 am - 3 min optional ocean meditation

7:55 am - Qi-gong on the beach led by Yogi Kathy

8:15 am - high 5 and coffee at Viva Cafe!
