Folding Forgiveness: An Origami Healing Experience
We are honored to invite you to a special online offering, Folding Forgiveness — a ceremonial origami workshop rooted in Japanese cultural tradition, regenerative design, and psychedelic-inspired healing practices.
Facilitated by guest Maki J Obara and APC community members, Ayako Monsell, and Noriko Brubeck, this experience guides participants through a journey of inner healing using a blend of quiet reflection, forgiveness letter writing, and the sacred act of folding origami cranes — ancient symbols of hope and transformation.
In this 2 hour workshop, you’ll be guided through:
Practicing self-forgiveness and releasing emotional weight
Engaging in a creative ritual grounded in tradition and intention
Exploring regenerative principles and psychedelic-informed approaches to healing
Connect in community reflection and story-sharing
What to Bring:
A piece of square shaped paper for origami + letter writing — printer paper is fine!
An open heart and quiet space
This intentional workshop has limited spots, ensuring a deeply personal and supportive experience for each participant.
No prior experience with origami necessary. Just your presence.
Let’s fold, forgive, and feel — together. 🕊️
