About Bob
For twenty years Bob has taught in environments as diverse as punk warehouses, the public education system, residential living rooms, online Zoom rooms, and at the college level.
He is the former managing editor of Parabola Magazine, is a prolific essayist, has been blogging under a variety of pseudonyms since 2001, is a decades-long zine maker, and an active voice in the online PKM scene. Bob is the author of Sitting with Spirits: Exploring the Unseen World In the Margins of Christianity; The House of I Am Mirrors: And Other Poems; Acupressure For Beginners; and The Power of Stretching.
Bob writes the weekly newsletter, “The High Pony,” covering PKM, creativity, and productivity from a spiritual and socio-economic perspective. He also surfs off the coast of NY, practices Chinese bodywork, and has a daily Ashtanga Yoga practice.
