About Event

Let’s bust the biggest myth in corporate transformation: that emotional culture is soft, intangible, and ROI-irrelevant.

Join Cassandra Worthy, founder of Change Enthusiasm Global and creator of the Change Enthusiasm® mindset, for a rare and powerful executive panel featuring Kanika Williamson, CHRO of Elo Touch Solutions, and Gretchen Dildine, Manufacturing Senior Program Manager at Boeing. These two trailblazing executives will share firsthand how partnering with us to humanize change through emotional fluency, mindset training, and research-backed power skills delivered measurable ROI across their enterprise teams.

This conversation isn’t theory. It’s proof. From defense innovation to manufacturing ops to global HR transformation—this is what Emotional Momentum™ in action really looks like.

In this conversation, you’ll explore:

✔️ How a mindset-first approach fueled talent development, operational excellence, and resilience at scale

✔️ The business case for building emotional culture—and why it's no longer optional

✔️ Real-world data and impact from our work with Boeing and Elo Touch

✔️ How leaders are transforming change resistance into measurable performance gains

✔️ What’s next: How your organization can do the same

This is more than a panel—it’s your front-row seat to the future of sustainable, human-centered transformation.
