Danielle Keiser is a globally renowned menstrual health pioneer and expert, women's health consultant, NGO founder, speaker, activist, and educator.
She has spent the last decade successfully activating and advancing the global menstrual movement, first by helping launch and grow Menstrual Hygiene Day (May 28) in 2013, starting the Menstrual Health Hub in 2016 (the world's leading resource for the global menstrual health community), and helping author the official definition of menstrual health in 2021.
Danielle co-founded Madami where she works with and advises individuals, companies, NGOs, government agencies, and museums about menstrual health, perimenopause, and sexual wellness innovation, education, research, and policy development. Danielle and holds a BA in Politics and Sociology from the University of California, Santa Cruz (US) and a Masters in Global Visual Communication from Jacobs University (Germany) and splits her time between Berlin and California.
