Follow the Sound
First Sunday Sessions are now extended to 90minutes of Sound with time after for a community building sharing circle. With full intention and based upon the energy of the room, Joseph provides an intuitively created soundscape utilizing various musical instruments from around the globe. Rich overtones surround and serve as an invitation to follow the sound wherever it may flow. One might reach such a state wherein incredible things can happen ranging from simple needed relaxation to deep self healing. You'll be in a safe environment to experience whatever you may.
What to Bring
Please bring your personal nest; something very comfortable and cushy to lay on, a blanket to stay warm, a pillow for your head, a cover for your eyes, and some water in a closed container to sip. We have a few yoga mats, throw pillows, bolsters and blankets, but the cushier you are the better.
Meet Joseph
Joseph is a Vibrational and Harmonic Sound Practitioner, Mindfulness Meditation Teacher, and Licensed Massage Therapist in Elizabethtown, PA. He is a seasoned multi-instrumentalist, prolific singer-songwriter, award winning actor, and published playwright. He has been tapping into the creative stream as a pastime and profession for most of his life and has been called to bring his experience into this current offering of Sound. He is a graduate of Lana Ryder's Soundwise Health in Lancaster, is a Certified Vibrational Sound Therapist, recently completed a 100 hour Sound School intensive with David Shemesh, and is always attending the events of and learning from so very many wonderful practitioners in the vibrant local sound community. He and partner, Ariana are owner-operators of Tōne Sound Massage Energy, and are the proud pup parents of a suspected mini-labradooodle named Mortimer.
