Thinking about the climate crisis can be terrifying. If you’re feeling anxious, sad or burnt out you are not alone.
Meeting these challenges as a community can be one way of generating the inner strength needed to cope during these times. Coupled with this is the importance of taking in the goodness and beauty around us so that we can live our lives with more joy and ease despite an uncertain future.
Mindful Nation Ireland is running a series of drop-in mindfulness sessions around courage, compassion and the climate crisis. You are invited to join us online where you will be offered practical and nourishing mindfulness practices and you will also have the opportunity to meet others who are facing into the same challenge.
