Meditate at The Noguchi Museum
You're invited to The Noguchi Museum
On September 7th, we will gather for meditation and mindfulness in the galleries before the Museum opens to the public.
Please, arrive at the museum at 9:45 am to proceed with the entry, as at 10:00 am the Meditation will begin.
About the Meditation
The session includes guided meditation and an extended conversation with one work of art. You do not need to have any prior experience with mindfulness or meditation to attend, and all materials will be provided.
About the Museum
Founded in 1985 by category-defying artist Isamu Noguchi, The Noguchi Museum was the first museum in the United States to be established, designed, and installed by a living artist to show their own work. The Museum holds the world’s largest collection of his works, it features open-air and indoor galleries in a repurposed 1920s industrial building and a serene outdoor sculpture garden.
