Join Isaac Burrough in Mountain View for International Generalist Day - a global celebration happening simultaneously across cities worldwide on September 3rd, 2025.
This year we have events across 30+ countries and 80+ locations!
Isaac is hosting the perfect sunny California picnic in the park for lunchtime conversation and fresh air. Come catch some sun (or shade) while chatting about your favorite parts of being a generalist in this relaxed outdoor setting.
What is a generalist? Professionals who apply their skills across multiple domains, connect disparate ideas, or serve as "translators" between different teams and disciplines. If you've ever felt your career doesn't fit in a single box, this celebration is for you.

Public parking is located at the lot on the corner of Mercy St and Bryant St.
This is a BYOL (Bring Your Own Lunch) session, so be sure to grab something to eat on your way.
A few picnic blankets will be provided, but please feel free to bring your own.
Your host Isaac is a former bakery manager turned startup operator who also happens to be a beekeeper and cheerleader for charity! His favorite part about being a generalist? "That every day always has something new and exciting to figure out!"
