Meet Emi!
Born in Brussels and currently pursuing a master’s in physiotherapy, Emi brings a unique blend of English, Japanese, and Caribbean roots to everything she does. After earning her bachelor’s degree in Amsterdam, her passion for movement and human anatomy truly came to life.

With a lifelong love for sports and an infectious energy, Emi thrives on pushing limits and inspiring others to do the same. For her, movement is all about feeling strong, alive, and deeply connected to your body.

Join her for an uplifting circuit training session at Bois de la Cambre! A fun, energising space to recharge, move with intention, and feel amazing — together. 

The training starts at 11.30 near the lake, a meeting point at 11 can be decided to accommodate all participants.
