Carson is the Co-Founder and Chief Business Officer of Flowgenn, an AI agent platform redefining how investment banks operate. With over 8 years of experience in capital markets, he leads go-to-market strategy, customer acquisition, and investor engagement. Prior to Flowgenn, Carson served as the Senior Manager at EY, where he advised top-tier banks and fintechs on M&A, treasury strategy, and IPO readiness. His work includes guiding startup CEOs through public exits, enabling fintech banks to launch stablecoins and modernize payment infrastructure, and solving complex operational and regulatory challenges across ECM, DCM, and M&A for leading investment banks.
Andrew Melville:
Andrew is Managing Director, Europe at Mission Control AI, where he leads customer strategy and oversees Swarm—our synthetic workforce platform powered by autonomous agentic AI. We build and deploy AI swarms for commercial and defense enterprises, specializing in Synthetic Labor, M2M Economics, and State Advisory.
With 15+ years in strategy, product, and tech, Andrew brings a sharp customer lens and cross-industry perspective to scaling agentic AI systems that solve real-world problems.
Terrence Hooi:
Terrence, Co-Founder & CEO, Singular Global. Serial entrepreneur and hedge fund veteran, Terrence built institutional crypto infrastructure (2M orders/sec) and launched Singular DEX—a decentralized perpetuals exchange with $1.5B in aggregated liquidity, backed by Visa, Cardano, and Julius Baer. Recognized by Startup World Cup, Alibaba, and ORIGIN Web3.
Roy Chung:
Roy is the Co-founder & CEO of Tricoté, a Hong Kong–French venture at the intersection of AI, Web3, and financial regulation. With over a decade of experience across Asia’s leading fintech and technology firms—including DBS Bank, Alibaba, and Microsoft—Roy brings deep expertise in building trust-centric digital products. His current work focuses on transforming complex regulatory frameworks into usable, intelligent infrastructure for Web3 companies. Operating between Asia and Europe, Roy bridges product innovation and policy execution to help regulated businesses scale with clarity and confidence.
Antoine Morin:
Antoine is a trader at BNP Paribas in Paris, where he implements multi-asset investment solutions for institutional clients, family offices, and private fund managers. As part of his role, he also leads initiatives to integrate AI into the trading workflow—enhancing efficiency from client's input to trade execution.
With over seven years of experience in financial markets in the US and France Antoine has held roles across family offices, asset management firms, and investment banks.
Jessica Sophia Wong:
Jessica is Jessica is the CEO and founder of Yorkseed, a global venture capital community she bootstrapped into 50+ hubs with over 10,000 members in just 1.5 years. A minority female founder and digital nomad, she is an advocate for climate action, equality, and women’s empowerment, with past roles including a Forbes Council planning committee member and keynote speaker for the LLS Men of the Year campaign.
She co-founded a grassroots Earth Day fundraiser in 2017 and has since led impactful philanthropic efforts recognized by Bunchful, the Gates Foundation, and the UN. In 2023, Jessica was honored as an Emerging NYC Leader at the NYC Mayor’s Home Gracie Mansion and received the Bunchful Innovation Award at Lincoln Center.
