Aoife’s Birthday Party
Aoife is turning 1(1/2)!
We would love for you to join us in celebrating her first(plus some) year of life!
Aoife’s actual birthday is January 4th, but an indoor party didn’t sound as fun as an outdoor party, she loves playing outside! We decided to celebrate her turning one on her half birthday instead so it could be outside at her favorite park!
Gene Goodwin Memorial Tot Lot is where we will be having her birthday party. It will be easy to spot us as you approach the park. The GGM Tot Lot is a fully enclosed playground/small park with bathrooms and multiple picnic tables. Street parking is abundant around the park and in the surrounding neighborhood.
We are hoping to score a picnic table, but just in case we can’t we will also be bringing blankets and transportable chairs. We would appreciate it if you could bring any lawn chairs/camping chairs you have available. Thank you!
There will be food and drinks being served. We are thinking fun sandwiches and chips. A majority of the food will be vegan. If you have dietary preferences, allergies, or requests then please let one of us know.
The vibe for the party is a relaxed hang out at a playground. Aoife, Allister, and the other children play, we eat, we chat, we enjoy company, and for those interested we do a craft.
We will have a rock painting craft set up to paint rocks for Aoife’s outdoor kitchen. We would love for you to join if you’re into that. No art skills required.
This right here is a link to a wishlist for her birthday gifts. There is absolutely no obligation to bring a gift. We felt having a registry would simply make it easier for the people who do want to get her something and easier for us to stay organized.
If you are sick, were sick recently, or have been around someone that is sick we ask that you skip out on this one and catch the next hang out. Thank you!
If you have someone you want to bring, bring them! The more people, the more fun to be had. Bring your family, friends, and/or other kids that would enjoy an afternoon at the park.
