The Leaders Dojo: Leading Through Resistance And Uncertainty
Bring your "people problems" for coaching, feedback, and training.
The Leaders Dojo is a place to practice leading others through discomfort and resistance. It's like the gym for your people leadership skills and capacity.
This is for you if you identify with at least one of the following:
You manage people and would like to deepen your leadership capacity for power and empathy.
You want to improve your coaching skills to coach your reports, lead up to your manager or peers.
You are actively in the practice of influencing people for a big vision like fundraising, entrepreneurship, or relationship intimacy.
The goal is two-fold:
Bring awareness into your invisible defense patterns, which come alive in the discomfort zone of conversations and block you from being the leader you want to be.
Create practices and tools to transcend those patterns and show up with deeper authenticity, power, and leadership.
This is not a course or a talk, so there will be no recording. This is about our active work together.
How it works:
You have three ways to play in the dojo:
Seeker: Bring a question you have in mind or a people problem you're struggling with. You'll get support from me and other leaders on the call.
Leader: Raise your hand to practice leading someone on their challenge. You'll get feedback and training on how you lead people.
Observer: Learn through the osmosis effect of watching coaching and relational work in real situations.
