​Join Coach Linh & Coach Danny for a fun and challenging HIIT workout on Friday, October 25th at the Flying Steps Academy gym. Woop woop!

​This indoor playground has a lot of equipment for us to play with - dumbbells, kettlebells, battle ropes, a boxing bag, and cardio machines - so let’s PLAY.

​End your work week by leaving the stress in the office and dropping into your body with us! This workout’s aim is to remind you that your body is strong and capable, so let’s do this! 💪🏽💪🏻💪🏿

​This class is open to all levels and is available with USC, ClassPass, Wellhub, or a €10 ticket.
