About Event
The ability to convey complex scientific concepts to non-technical audiences is a skill that doctoral and postdoctoral scholars should cultivate. This workshop aims to enhance the ability of doctoral and postdoctoral scholars in Engineering, Public Health, Life Sciences, Natural Sciences, and Medicine to effectively communicate complex ideas to non-technical audiences. Participants will learn the value of understanding the fundamentals of science communication, identifying and analyzing audience needs, and develop clear and engaging messages and presentations through storytelling techniques.
