At the Table: In-Person Training
At The Table is a toolkit designed to spark conversations about democracy and politics in informal youth settings, with young people who may feel disconnected or disengaged from politics and democracy. It includes facilitation advice and easy-to-use short games that make discussion accessible and engaging.
The activities are designed to be fun while allowing space for meaningful discussions. They support youth practitioners and young people to explore political topics, and support participants to develop confidence in expressing their views.
This training will tell you everything you need to know about the toolkit, including how to use it effectively to have powerful conversations about democracy and politics. There'll be opportunities to play some of the games, hear our facilitation advice and ask any questions!
The location is near Brixton station and is fully accessible.
