About Event

Ever found your team caught in a cycle of counterproductive communication, especially under pressure? You're not alone.

Unaddressed, these patterns don't just strain relationships—they chip away at trust, morale, and performance within teams. And we definitely don’t want that! 🙅‍♀️

So if like us, you want to say bye-bye to toxic team toxins, then this ButterMixer with Amir Peled might be for you. ✨

In this highly-practical and visual workshop on April 16th, we’ll shine a light on the hidden dynamics that undermine team cohesion that lurk within every team. 👀

What you’ll gain:

  • A clear understanding of the four major team toxins and their impact on teams, as well as daily behaviors that could be sabotaging you.

  • Hands-on practice with effective antidotes that transform toxic patterns into constructive communication.

  • Empowerment to design and implement practical agreements within your team for healthier, more productive interactions and more constructive conflict resolution.

Learn how to cultivate a thriving, resilient team environment. Your team deserves a culture where constructive conflict leads to growth, and so do you!

See you there 👋
