Build Club 1 — Making Games in the Browser
I’m excited to welcome you to the first session of Build Club!
I’m really excited for Nikhilesh to share what he’s been working on. I’ve known Nikhilesh for a few years now and he’s one of the most interesting web builders that I’ve seen.
Previously he was a software engineer at Expo where he worked on a lot of the foundations for React Native including the first way of using WebGL in React Native.
Lately he’s been working on Castle — a new way of making games on your phone. As part of that, he’s playing around with a new way of making and playing games in the browser using WebAssembly.
As with everything Nikhilesh does, I’m sure this presentation will push the boundaries of what you thought was possible.
We’ll do a 30-40 minute presentation / conversation together and then invite others to ask questions and hang out.
