​The Senior Engineer Crash Course will offer insight into how TJ prepared for his career change. TJ will be sharing all of his career planning strategies, study habits and crucial skills. You'll have the opportunity to discuss application architecting, write your own career plan, and identify what your strengths as a new engineer are.

​TJ is a senior front-end engineer at Line, currently working as the Vue specialist tasked with moving between various teams in order to appraise, refactor and rewrite codebases in line with industry standards while training other engineers how to improve front-end development. Despite only working as an engineer for five years, he has worked five years as a senior engineer, shipped products to companies such as Mercari and Nintendo, and led teams of engineers.

After the workshop there will be time for some Networking, we will provide beer, soft drinks, and some light snacks.
