Memories of Water, Memories of Air
Memories of Water, Memories of Air brings together some of the most pioneering artists to explore ephemerality as a vessel for ancestral memory, cultural healing, corporeal experience, and ecological awareness, shaped by the shifting elements of water and air. Rooted in Eastern European folk traditions and shaped by voices often excluded from mainstream climate discourse, this series asks: Can ephemeral arts — such as movement, sound, and ritual — become spaces of remembrance?
Join us for a two-day programme of performances, food, music, and screenings in which artists employ ephemeral artistic practices to prompt reflection on cultural erasure, climate crisis, displacement, and resilience.
Please RSVP by 27 June to confirm your attendance.
