Hiring 101 Workshop for NYC Founders
You are formally invited to the Hiring 101 Workshop for NYC Founders hosted by Brex.
The workshop will be a combination of networking and a panel. Our host Erica Wenger will be moderating a panel with several talent partners from the best venture capital firms including Matt Hoffman (Partner & Head of Talent at M13) and Richard Hughes (Operating Partner at Gutter Capital), Emily Baine (Director of Executive Talent at NEA).
On the panel, they'll discuss how to convince top talent to join their startup, how to leverage their VC firm's talent networks, when to make what hires/at what stage (ex. when is that coveted VP of Sales joining the firm, if you should outsource marketing in the beginning), and so much more.
