​Our Breakfast set workshop allows you to create your own one-of-a-kind treasures, including a mug with an optional handle, a bowl and a side plate that you can enjoy for years to come.

​Our experienced instructors will guide you every step of the way using high-quality clay and foundational handbuilding techniques.

​You will learn how to shape, mold, and decorate your pieces to make them truly unique.

​The workshop will be held at Karla Marie Ceramics studio, which is equipped with all the necessary tools and materials for you to create your custom set.

​In addition to learning the art of pottery making, you will also have the opportunity to choose from our studio's range of premium and bespoke glazes and our KMC kiln faries will complete your pieces ready for collection several weeks after your class.

​Our glazes are specially formulated to enhance the beauty of your pottery and give them a professional finish.

​If you prefer, you can also come back for one of our specialty open glaze sessions to complete the glazing yourself at a special discounted rate. This will give you a chance to personalize your pieces even more, and add your own unique touch to them.

​At the end of the workshop, you will have created your very own, custom-made 3 piece breakfast set.

​​​Booking Confirmation

​By booking a class or workshop with Karla Marie Ceramics, you agree to the following terms and conditions. All bookings are final and non-refundable, with exceptions as outlined below.

​Cancellation and Transfer Policy

​Due to small class sizes and the considerable time and resources dedicated to preparation, we offer transfers over refunds for cancellations. If you are unable to attend your scheduled class, you may request a transfer to a future class under the following conditions:

• ​Transfers must be requested at least 48 hours in advance of your scheduled class.

• ​A $75 transfer fee will apply to cover the cost of materials and preparation for your original booking.

• ​Transfers are subject to availability and may only be used for classes of equal or lesser value. If the new class is of a higher value, the difference in price will be charged.

• ​Transfers can only be made once per booking. Subsequent cancellations will result in forfeiture of the booking.

​Refunds

​Refunds will only be considered under the following conditions:

• ​Refund request must be made at least one week before the class start date.

• ​A refund will only be processed if we are able to fill your spot.

• ​Refunds will be issued minus:

  • ​A 10% booking fee to cover transaction costs.

  • ​A $45 administrative fee to cover staff time required to manage the cancellation and rescheduling 

• ​If we are unable to fill your spot, the refund will not be processed and the original booking terms will apply.

​Transfers Requested Within 24 Hours

​Transfers requested within 24 hours of the class start time are not eligible due to the significant preparation and setup involved, making it difficult to fill the spot at such short notice.

​No-Shows or Late Cancellations

​Cancellations made with less than 48 hours notice or no-shows will forfeit the booking. These are not eligible for a transfer or refund.

​Class Rescheduling by Karla Marie Ceramics

​If Karla Marie Ceramics must cancel or reschedule a class, you will be offered the option to transfer to another class of equal value or receive a full refund.
