OneThousandClub was drawn to this space for the energy, and this is part of our monthly rituals where we slow down, move our bodies, look each other in the eyes, and head into the work week feeling more connected and present.
What to Expect
At ‘Breath and Glow ‘session we will immerse in a Psychedelic Breath session followed by a special dancing moment.
A journey inwards through active breathing + controlled apnea cycles supported by great music.
You will fly high, get clarity , raise your vibration and reach deep meditative states
