join us for a calming, heart-centered saturday morning experience — a blend of breathwork, reiki energy, and a full sound bath journey to help you feel grounded, clear, and deeply restored. we’ll begin with gentle breathwork to settle the body and mind.
reiki energy will be subtly woven throughout the session, supporting you as you relax into the healing vibrations of sound. the immersive journey will feature a variety of instruments that nina loves to share, each adding its own texture to the experience. this is an invitation to slow down, return to your breath, and open yourself to receive.
about nina:
nina is a sound, reiki, and breathwork facilitator who travels between costa rica, los angeles, joshua tree, and beyond, sharing her work in both natural and community spaces. after a decade-long career as a corporate graphic designer, her personal journey with anxiety and body pain led her to discover the transformative effects of energy healing, sound, and breathwork. with over five years of experience, nina is passionate about creating nurturing spaces that support deep rest, emotional release, and reconnection with self. she blends breath, sound, and energy to help others reset their nervous systems and access their body’s natural ability to heal. her intention is to hold a safe, loving space where individuals can slow down, feel supported, and return to a more peaceful and aligned version of themselves.
