​Breath + Bowls: A Dance in Polarity

​Join us for an evening of breath + sound, as we journey through and embody the energetic polarities we all carry within.

​Yang + Yin. Masculine + Feminine. Fire + Water. Giving + Receiving. An internal dance between the vast energetic qualities across the continuum.

​Our evening consists of vocal toning, breathwork, guided meditation, and sound healing, with time + space for shares and connection at the end.

​Within the arc of our container, we'll move through an up-regulated breathwork journey led by Lola Martinez from Othership. Together, we'll intentionally activate the sympathetic nervous system — our state of preparedness and vigilance. We'll heat up the body as we harness the power of our inner fire.

​We'll ground back down as we surrender into an expansive sound journey led by William Berk, MD. We'll transition into the emotional depths of our parasympathetic nervous system, where we're primed to receive and bask within the spaciousness of sound.

​Gospel will be our portal for the evening.
