Three and Thriving!

​So here we are. Three years in. Which means it's birthday party time!

It still feels wild to say that out loud, because some days, this shop still feels like a very lovable toddler: curious, a little unpredictable, covered in stickers, and almost always hungry.

When we opened Parker + Scott, we didn’t have a five-year plan or a fancy launch. We had shelves, lots of local goodies, a refill bar, and a hunch that if we made a place that felt good—truly good—people would come. And you did. You showed up with your kids and your containers and your dogs and your favorite neighbor in tow. You told your friends. You stayed for a chat. You shared a snack. You came back.

We’ve watched kids grow from riding in strollers to reaching the counter. We’ve seen makers expand from our shelves to the big leagues. And we've cried at the counter more than once. We’ve learned so much about what matters, about what’s possible, and about how to run a business that feels more like a conversation than a transaction.

We’re not slick or perfect, and we’re definitely not trying to be. What we are is still learning. Still laughing. Still pushing ourselves to be more sustainable. Still showing up with snacks. And still deeply grateful.

Thanks for being part of our story. Let’s party like only a three-year-old general store can.
