​Welcome to the first of our new series of biweekly Lightning Talks!

​I ran this event at a past company for a few years to very positive response; even those initially hesitant/shy to present ended up feeling energized/inspired after their first talk, with many return presenters. I think this same energy would work well here, and give us a space to share our wins/progress/learnings with our peers.
