AI Forum 03, Edinburgh
The AI Forum is a platform for the AI ecosystem to support, track and constructively challenge the U.K. Government in delivering the AI Opportunities Action Plan over the next two years. It also serves as a model for building grassroots communities that can generate valuable, bottom-up insights on the real challenges being faced on the ground.
Focus Areas: Infrastructure, Talent & the Creative Industries
This edition will centre on three critical pillars:
Infrastructure – What systems, compute, and frameworks do we need to deploy and govern AI effectively in the UK?
Talent – How can we accelerate skills development and career pathways across science, government, and business?
Creative Industries – What opportunities and risks does generative AI present for creative professionals – and how can we empower them? What do creators need – in terms of compute, data, skills, or partnerships – to meaningfully participate in AI?
