Rader was appointed to the U.S. Court of Federal Claims by President Ronald W. Reagan in 1988, and United States Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit by President George H. W. Bush in 1990.
Prof. Atlas Wang is the Temple Foundation Endowed professor at the University of Texas at Austin. He is IEEE AI's 10-to-watch and top 10 future AI leaders by AI Magazine.
