​A certified professional coach, Anita has nearly ten years experience in the gender, sex and relationship diversity space. She founded Alethya in 2014 and it has since become a go-to website for people to find information and resources about conscious living and loving. With writing about kink, conscious monogamy and non-monogamy, amongst many other things, the site supports people in making conscious choices in all areas of their life. 

​IN 2019, Anita gave a TEDx talk on conscious relationships and the idea of 'happy ever after' in 2019. She's recently completed a Post Graduate Certificate in Gerontology (the study of ageing) - we get more unique as we age not less! She currently coaches online and in person in South West London.
