We are back with yet another event. This time it's BollyBics!
A typical class at Arts in Motion, it incorporates signature dance steps from popular Bollywood numbers into an aerobics workout to burn those calories.

Shefali is a Zin-certified Zumba Trainer who is an expert in multiple dance forms. She has been a part of many professional dance and theatre groups in Delhi. She has conducted numerous onsite and virtual classes for corporates in India.
