​Network states are all the rage - but what are they really?

​When is a Discord group becoming a network state? What roles to community, legal autonomy and physical land play?

​We aim to get towards a clearer understanding of network states how how they matter for our community in two sessions:

​Network States x Charter Cities: we will do two 1h-long deep dives into Afropolitan (Chika, Eche) and Prospera (Niklas), as these two respresent the clearest and most ambitious versions of two strong strategies towards building new governance models.

​Network States x Technology: in this session, we will talk more about how network states can benefit technological development.
