What to expect:
Guests can look forward to an inspiring evening full of insights, connections, and innovation in the food tech space.
Co-Founder Marco Ries will take the stage with an introduction into ProteinDistillery, placing special attention to how they built and financed our 200T/year demo facility, with an evolving strategy from a single-product to a scalable multi-ingredient approach, as well as navigating the challenges of early-stage fundraising in the foodtech space.
Additional keynotes from our speakers will offer fresh perspectives from across the industry before we head over to a dynamic panel discussion exploring different aspects of startup financing in the food tech space under the topic of “From Lab to Launch: Smart Financing Strategies for Food Innovation”.
