Hey everybody!

After ODNC2, I have focused completely on how to scale up my business Modernizing Processes in order to have a seamless repetitive process of fulfillment for building GlideApps at scale.

1) I have learnt a bunch of things while aiming to do that:

2) Converting the fulfillment process into an actionable to do list for the team involved.

3) Building the scope as detailed as possible before project kickoff.

Creating a schedule along with milestones.

4) Incentivizing the team based on performance gathered from their KPIs

5) Documenting the build for the client and new joiners to refer in the future.

The goal was to make my fulfillment process independent of myself without affecting the customer satisfaction. There's a lot more I can improve but I feel much more confident now!

I would love to share the journey and the process of how I achieved this and then would want to have a brainstorming session with other builders to gain feedback and new ideas about how they handle their fulfillment process.
