​​​Out in Climate: Out in Climate is a non-profit dedicated to building a community among LGBTQ+ professionals in the climate space. Our mission is to foster networking and mentoring and to uplift queer voices working on climate solutions. Since our founding in 2022, we've hosted 20+ events connecting professionals across a broad swath of organizations, including climate tech startups and investors, government, and NGOs.
