MAT PILATES & HORMONAL BALANCE Wellness morning to move, learn, and nourish—together.

Join us for a grounding and energizing morning designed to help you reconnect with your body and better understand your menstrual cycle. Through mat Pilates, breathwork, nourishing snacks and drinks, and a guided talk on hormonal health and nutrition, you'll gain valuable insights into how to support your well-being throughout every phase of your cycle. Stay after for music, mocktails, and time to connect with an amazing community of women.

✨ What to Expect:

11:00–11:45am – Mat Pilates with Modern Dynamic Pilates

11:45–11:55am – Guided Breathwork led by Shanti House

11:55–12:00pm – Enjoy light bites from Home Harvest and tea by Moosa, crafted to support energy and immunity.

12:00–12:30pm – Hormonal health & nutrition workshop with Paola Hernandez, Certified Nutritionist & Founder of Right Balance

12:30–1:00pm – Social time with mocktails by Moosa. 🎁 Take home a curated Gift Bag featuring: DailyBasis hormonal supplements, Beauty products from Rezo Salon and Moosa Tea.
