What should participants expect?

Fancy a creative lunch break?

​Join us for a free creative workshop to explore a range of creative prompts as part of The January Challenge 2024, 31 days of creative prompts set by people across the UK.

​Who is the event for?

​​This workshop is for workers and residents in the Culture Mile area who would like to come along! Spread the word to your family and friends. This session is suitable for all ages and will be an informal, friendly creative experience.

Culture Mile and The January Challenge

The Culture Mile are partnering with social enterprise 64 Million Artists to deliver The January Challenge - a month of quick, fun and accessible creative prompts throughout January. 

Everyone is creative, and The January Challenge is an opportunity for you to tap into that creativity, explore new ideas and start something new. There is a broad evidence base to prove that creativity supports our well-being, enabling people to face challenges in different ways, solve problems, bring people together and create opportunities for play and joy.

​No, all creative materials will be provided.

The venue for this workshop is:
The Barbican, Silk St, Barbican, London EC2Y 8DS.

We will be meeting in the Frobisher Room on the 4th floor. When you enter the main reception, you will be guided to the Frobisher room​.

The venue is fully accessible.

​​When you register for this event there will an opportunity to share with us any any access requirements that would support your attendance. This might include (but is not limited to) a BSL interpreter, questions about childcare, access assistance, support with travel expenses or travel arrangements.
