Tamar Kamen (Product Superstar): A hero-making product development, innovation, and marketing beauty industry expert with over 20 years of experience. Tamar has led product at brands like Topicals, Peter Thomas Roth, Estee Lauder, Dr. Dennis Gross, and Dr. Brandt, and been consultant to brands like Tom Ford Beauty, Hero Cosmetics and Summer Fridays. Her superpower is developing brands of all sizes specializing in strategy, marketing, and product.
Emma Caris (PR & Influencer Superstar): A true-blue PR native, Emma manages all things Public Relations and Influencer Marketing for the luxury division at AMOREPACIFIC, where her number 1 priority is the Sulwhasoo brand. She was front and center last year at their MET partnership, and has lots to say about how to create awareness and market unique active ingredients, in an established market.
Tori Douglas (Digital Superstar): Tori has made waves as the global digital experience and innovation lead at Fresh (LVMH), excelling in UX/UI design, digital marketing, and e-commerce. She's a South Carolina native turned unofficial New Yorker, who just finished her Masters in Cosmetic & Fragrance Marketing Management from FIT. Her mantra is "When you get a seat at the table, pull up a chair for someone else."
