Black Minds Matter 3.0: Juneteenth Special

Black Minds Matter is a space for Black wellness.

Thursday, June 17th

11am- 12pm PDT

Caring for your mental health remains front and center. Our speakers will be returning to share more raw, hot truths and practices for your bodies, hearts, and spirits.

In this webinar, our expert panel will reflect on Juneteenth:

  • the history and the progress (and the lack of progress) since emancipation

  • ancestral legacies and generational trauma

  • hold space for discussion and questions from the audience (we promise we are making space for audience questions this time around!)

  • and of course will offer more grounding and closing meditations and practices to fill up your cup

Co-produced by Elevate Labs, Ginger, and Kapor Capital

This is a space by and for Black & African American identifying folx. This event centers the Black experience. Allies are welcome to attend and listen.

Can't attend? No worries, we will be recording the session and will be sharing it after the event.
