​BidClub is an investment-idea sharing platform that focuses on long-form theses around publicly-listed cryptocurrencies. The platform is membership-based with the latest content being gated and subject to public display on a time-delay.

​BidClub was founded in January 2024 and co-created by Jason Kam and Wonderstruck Studio. The platform is in closed alpha through April 2024 and is accepting members on a rolling basis.

​Founded in September 2021, Folius Ventures is a hybrid investment fund that focuses on the APAC Web3 landscape with a preference for small-cap micro-cap and Seed-stage Series-A targets.
