About Event

Join the Knowledge to Impact team as we provide an overview and some tips on how to craft a compelling narrative CV, aligned with the new Tri-Agency CV guidelines.

The Tri-Agencies (CIHR, NSERC and SSHRC) will be gradually transitioning away from the Canadian Common CV (CCV) to a new narrative-style CV for competitions (See: Tri-Agency CV, Guidelines for Reviewing the Tri-Agency CV). This is in alignment with responsible research assessment practices such as the Declaration on Research Assessment (DORA).

This 60-minute session will help you present your experiences, contributions, and other impacts to the research community. We will offer practical support and insights, as well as up-to-date information to help you make the transition to this updated Tri-Agency CV format.

Presenters:

Dr. Raad Fadaak, PhD - Research Impact Specialist, Knowledge to Impact Team
Raad specializes in developing innovative approaches and tools to maximize, communicate, and recognize research impact and excellence across the University. With over a decade as a health researcher and knowledge broker, Raad collaborates across the University and its partners to develop innovative approaches and tools that drive meaningful research initiatives, enhance the visibility of scholarly work, and ensure that research impact and excellence are effectively communicated and recognized.

Additional presenters to be confirmed.

This session is open to all researchers, staff, faculty, and partners across the University. To learn more about the KI Team's work on Narrative CVs, visit our narrative CV page.
