Living into your call, Vocational Discernment Retreat (Hybrid Event)
Are you interested in exploring your work (whether paid, volunteer, or other?) and the deep questions of what your gifts are and what you have to offer the world, to find some clarity on what your right next steps might be? Then this retreat is for you!
Who: Anyone interested in exploring questions around the work they are called to do in the world (at any age!)
Where? This is a hybrid retreat. There are options on your registration to attend in-person at Beacon Hill Friends House or on Zoom. Participants can decide to attend on Zoom at any point.
Is there a cost? No! Not only is there no cost to attend, but we will also be providing YOU with new journals, pizza, cookies, and tea (in-person attendees only, but there will be some goodies available for hybrid attendees). You will feel well-nourished and well-held so you can focus on discernment and listening to your own inner teacher.
Covid policies: Vaccination against COVID-19 and masks are required for this event. Please bring proof of vaccination with you.
About Beacon Hill Friends House: Beacon Hill Friends House is a Quaker Center an intentional Community based in downtown Boston, Massachusetts.
The location is within walking distance of all Boston transit lines.
Should you choose to drive, BHFH has parking passes to the Boston Common garage available for $9. We will sell these on-site. Simply park in the garage and bring your ticket with you.
The primary entrance is up a flight of stairs and we have a sidewalk level entrance to our basement level that can accommodate small and standard size wheelchairs (the turning radius is too small for large motorized chairs).
(The illustrations for the workshop were done by Quaker artist Joey Hartman-Dow of Us & We Art).
