I’ve found myself referencing Kotter’s legendary book so much over the past couple of years I think it’s time to just dig into it together!
What I love about it is that it’s not just an approach, it’s a mindset. He calls it change “leadership” and not change “management” because it puts you in the driver’s seat of the change. Teaches you how to anticipate, plan, and execute on your terms. Less about reacting to outside forces and more about achieving your goals through necessary change.
