​Join us for Empowered Yoga and Relaxing Sound Healing and embark on a path to greater well-being, vitality, and inner bliss!

​In the yoga portion of the class, you will be guided through a dynamic sequence of poses designed to empower and strengthen both your body and mind. Through intentional movement and breath work, you will cultivate a sense of confidence, resilience, and inner strength, allowing you to tap into your full potential on and off the mat.

​Following the yoga practice, you will be invited to relax and surrender as you are bathed in the healing sounds of crystal singing bowls, chimes, and other instruments. These harmonious vibrations will work to release tension, clear energetic blockages, and promote deep relaxation, leaving you feeling rejuvenated and refreshed.

​we are so excited to share this peaceful evening with you. please wear comfy clothes & arrive 15 minutes early to sign waivers and get situated. please bring your own yoga mat if you have one, the studio has some extras for those who do not have one 😊
