Passes are non-transferable and linked to the individual who registered.

13. What if my application is not approved?
If your RSVP application is not approved, you can still purchase the FOF passes directly at the standard rates through the JLF website.

14. Are refunds available if I cannot attend after purchasing?
Refund policies are determined by Teamwork Arts, the organizer of JLF. Please check their terms and conditions or contact their team at delegates@teamworkarts.com for more details.

15. Are there any additional costs apart from the FOF pass?
While the FOF pass covers VIP amenities, attendees are responsible for personal expenses, including travel, accommodation, and meals outside the curated events.

16. Can I attend specific days instead of the entire festival?
Yes, single-day and multi-day passes are available. The additional 15% EDGE discount applies to all packages.

17. Will EDGE members have exclusive networking opportunities?
While the FOF pass includes access to curated events, if we see a significant number of EDGE members attending the festival, we will make every effort to organize an exclusive networking opportunity for our community. Stay tuned for updates closer to the event!

18. Can I bring a guest under my FOF pass?
The FOF pass is valid for one individual only. Guests will need to purchase separate passes to attend the festival.
