For the past 4 years, Zihan has worked at the intersection of product management and go-to-market in fast-paced startups. She believe the best products are built by cross-functional teams. As a product manager, she helps create a shared understanding between business stakeholders and product development teams, enabling informed decision-making.

​Helen Chang (Design Lead, Klarna)
Helen Chang is a versatile Berlin-based product designer with 9 years of industry experience in UXR, Service design, AI & ML, currently leading design efforts at Klarna. Over the last decade, Helen has worked in small startups, medium-sized companies, and big enterprises in Germany and China, covering B2C and B2B areas across finance, car industries, and social applications.

​Lucie Le Naour (Content Designer, ex-Babbel)
Lucie is a freelance content designer with over a decade of experience in various fields of digital writing. They have state of the art expertise in content design and user research with a focus on intersectional inclusion, as well as decolonisation. As part of their work, Lucie also consults with the Better Standards Club, a better design consultancy and knowledge sharing space dedicated to raising design standards through no-nonsense mentoring, consultation, and education.

​Pavel Pascari (Sr Software Engineer, Doctolib)
Pavel develops technology to improve the lives of healthcare professionals by creating systems, processes, and automations that help scale and deliver top-quality software. When he's not working or learning, you can find him hiking with his wife and their dog, Shark 🦈.

​Luke Costley-White Ventim Neves (Director of Marketing, Project A Ventures)
