About Event

Welcome to PACE Track Nights!

🔥 WORKOUT:

5K Pace Work:

Hold your 5K pace (7-8 RPE) for:

1. 400m, followed by a 30 sec break

2. 800m, followed by a 45 sec break

3. 1200m, followed by a 1 min break

4. 800m, followed by a 45 sec break

5. 400m

**Optional for advanced runners: Work in another 1200m at the top of the pyramid.

✏️ NOTES:

  • Please bring a water, some running shoes, and whatever else you think you need!

  • No restrooms available (port-o-potty only), so make sure you take care of business beforehand!!

  • No pets allowed at the track (UNLVs rules)

  • Lights are limited so bring a headlamp if you got one

  • Warm-up on your own by 6:10pm

🚗 PARKING: Parking is free just outside the track entrance! Look for Lot S.
