​Open to All! Join us for the first time at our inaugural BeMore event in Hyderabad! The evening will be action-packed with inspiring talks, networking opportunities, a delicious high tea, and a live performance.

​​This event is organized by ADPList Mentor & Community Organizer VethaVarshini Kavya Allam.

​🚨 All sales are final. We will not be processing any refunds for this event (no exceptions).

​Session 1
Sunanda Subramanian, Product Designer 2 @ Microsoft
Sunanda brings over 11 years of multidisciplinary and global design expertise. From shaping impactful and accessible experiences used by millions at Microsoft to leading young teams as a Design Leader, with a foundation in Industrial Design, Architecture & Interior Design. An alumni of the Savannah College of Art and Design, and a young entrepreneur, Sunanda fuels her passion for design by solving real world problems with critical thinking and data driven design, mentoring aspiring creatives, and making music!

Vasudha Shah, UX Research Lead @ Jio, Founder & CEO @ ColreTech
Vasudha Shah leads the UX Research function at Jio. She has over 6 years of research experience, working with companies like, Noon Academy, Ola, PeepalDesign, Meesho, and Purdue University. Out of her sheer love for research, she established a research and design studio, ColreTech. She founded India’s first UX Research Community where UX Professionals find support, collaboration and an unmistakable sense of belonging.

Vijay Karthik, User Experience Lead @ Salesforce
Vijay is an experienced UX Designer with over 13 years in the field. He currently serves as the UX Design lead at Salesforce, having most recently worked at Google. Throughout his career, he has held various design roles, with a particular focus on developing enterprise experiences. He believes in simplicity, intentionality, and informed decision-making, striving to foster 'clarity' both at work and in life. An avid learner and mentor, Vijay cherishes the title of 'UX Therapist,' bestowed upon him by a mentee, which reflects his dedication to guiding and inspiring others.

​Shashank Shekhar, UX Manager @ ADP
Shashank is an UX enthusiast and design-thinking champion who got his hands dirty in both B2B and B2C at the mobile and web front for Product and Service companies. He's done some cool stuff like kickstarting the UT Lab at Samsung Design Delhi, spearheading global ethnographic studies, and tossing in his two cents for granted patents on some UX goodies. He's all about results and putting his heart into creating those sweet, loveable products—call 'em MLPs. Noteworthy contributions extend to features like OPPO’s DocVault and Samsung’s S Power Planning, leaving a lasting impact across multiple countries.

Ravi Tej, UX Designer 2 @ Microsoft, Founder @ Nodes of Design
Tejj, an award-winning Product Designer whose currently making waves at Microsoft in Bing AI. He is also a one of the pivotal founding designers of Microsoft Start Health. But his impact doesn't stop at design; he's a mentor to over 250+ creatives, the host and producer behind the globally acclaimed 'Nodes of Design' podcast, and a sought-after keynote speaker at prestigious events like the UXDG Conference, Microsoft Design Week and many more.

​Sanjay Reddy, Founder and Creative Director @ Redtin Studio, Founder and Educator @ DESIGNEX STUDIO
Designer by passion, Mentor by compassion, and Podcaster driven by curiosity. Sanjay is the founder of Designex Studio, Redtin Studio, and host of D Talks - the Design Podcast. Published by Creative Gaga, Spotify, Indiefolio Network, Kommuneity,+..He dabbles with Branding, Strategy, UX, Visual storytelling, and mentoring design aspirants. 


Kunal Matwani, Founder @ Tandem Digital
Kunal is a young entrepreneur and techie with a penchant for innovation. His entrepreneurial journey began with AuTEC, a blockchain startup that was shortlisted for StartAP 2019. Kunal is no stranger to hard work- As the Founder and COO of Tandem Digital for the last 4 years, he steers a small and dynamic team in Hyderabad with focus on UX, UI and Development of apps, websites and everything digital, for customers across UAE, Bahrain, UK, US, and South Africa. Some clients include Audi, Skoda, GATI, Hyderabad Golf Club, Telangana Golf League and many more. Raised in Uganda and with an education in Computer Science from Brunel University, London, Kunal brings a global outlook to all of his endeavours.
