this class also holds a special place in our hearts — the instructor, Cassidy Boughton, was one of the first gals who attended Boise Girls Clubs events from the very beginning and she has continued to support our club ever since. she is SO EXCITED to teach this class, as she feels like her two favorite worlds are colliding! we adore Cassidy & are truly so honored to have her teaching this class.
barre3 is an effective workout that combines strength, cardio, and mindfulness. you'll leave feeling balanced and empowered from within. no experience required — this class is designed for every fitness level.
please wear comfortable clothes. most clients go barefoot but some prefer wearing grip socks — please bring some if you would like.
please bring a water bottle, they will provide mats and any props needed.
please arrive 15 min early.
