About Event

Over the last few years, the concept of belonging at work has become much more common for employers to prioritize and a key factor for the retention of employees. But what should be considered when we think about “belonging”?

Join Gatheround CEO, Lisa Conn, and Head of Belonging at Coinbase, Veronica Hash to dive deep into Veronica’s priorities and goals for the Coinbase team. We’ll explore all the areas of the employee journey that belonging impacts and how each can drastically improve an employee's experience and contribute to a workplace where every team member is seen and heard.

We’ll include breakouts and group sharing in this session, too, so we can learn from everyone in the room and connect you with other professionals interested in creating a more inclusive, equitable workplace.

What to expect:

We’ll host this event on Gatheround, so you can expect 60 min of interactive breakout conversations and knowledge sharing.

Please come prepared to be on camera and mic for parts of this event.

See you there!
